Available in three sizes, the MD700+ range (inclusive of the MD700, MD1100, and MD1200) are portable ultra-heavy duty axle scales. Composed of high strength 6061-T6 aluminium to prevent fatigue and failure, the weigh bridges are capable of handling 55,000 kg (split axle). The scales are easy to set up and wireless ready, allowing for data storage or transmission to a convenient or remote location.
The GEC proprietary load cells are airtight and have excellent repeatability and accuracy over a wide range of temperature conditions. The cells are hydraulically actuated (HAEL) and the self-levelling design reduces the influence of side loads arising from uneven surfaces. The included tilt-bed transport trailer allows for a one man weighing operation with safety and ease. With the WI300 weight indicator, there is capability for up to 200 truck input/output channels with PC or load management system integration.
