The MD400E and MD500E are portable electronic wheel scales that are suited to commercial truck weighing, military, and demanding industrial applications. With a 20° ramp slope, vehicles can climb with ease and increased stability. The scale is contained within a dust-proof enclosure and as a result is maintenance free. It can work on rough and uneven surfaces, such as gravel, and a backlit LCD display makes readings easy in any weather conditions.
Both scales are accurate to ±1%, and meet all requirements for NIST Handbook 44 and NTEP Class IV devices. With its lightweight material, scales are set up easily and are fitted with handles for transport. Cable connectivity means that up to 30 scales can be connected to display axle weight, individual scale weight, and gross weight at a centralised location.
