The MD400 and MD500 are portable wheel scales that have a long history in truck, cargo, and military weighing applications. With a 20° ramp slope, vehicles can climb with ease and increased stability. The scale is contained within a dust-proof enclosure and as a result is maintenance free. An in-built auto-levelling mechanism allows the truck scale to operate on rough and uneven surfaces, such as gravel, and the Vernier dial makes readings simple, improving weighing times.
Both scales are accurate to ±1%, and meet all requirements for NIST Handbook 44 and NTEP Class IV devices. With its lightweight material, scales are set up easily and are fitted with handles for transport.
