The 9117 Annealing Furnace is designed to anneal both HTPRTs and SPRTs. The furnace removes mechanical strain, and oxidation from sensors that have been used for long periods at temperatures between 200°C and 450°C. Prevents contamination by using a quartz-encased graphite block. The instrument also has a programmable controller designed for the annealing process.
