The RFM Flow Monitors are support units for making mass flow measurements while using molbloc-L laminar and molbloc-S sonic flow elements. The elements are connected to the flow monitor via two pressure connectors and one data line. The monitors can then read calibration data and measure molbloc upstream and downstream pressure. . The built in RPT’s provide high accuracy.
Covers the flow range of 1 sccm to 100 slm with molbloc-L, and up to 5000 slm with molbloc-S. You can select from 20 different gases. Other features include an internal valve for on-board purge, leak test, and tare support, measurement uncertainty of ± 0.5 % of reading, and front panel control with RS-323 and IEEE-488 communications.
