The MFC-CB is a stand-alone unit for setting and reading analogue mass flow controller (MFC) and mass flow meter instruments (MFM). The front panel display and keypad make it suitable for manual bench top operation. The unit is compatible with automated computer controlled system via RS-232 or IEEE-488 interface. It can read voltage and current to and from MFCs and MFMs on two channels simultaneously. When combined with an optional MFC Switchbox you are able to switch between five devices on each channel.
