The 9600FLT is used for high-performance spectrum analyser wide-offset phase noise tests. The filter easily connects to 96xx series Reference source models. It can only be used at 1 GHz, and will reject phase noise at offsets greater than 1 MHz from the 1 GHz carrier. Use the filter only when the phase noise specification of the 96xx RF Reference Source is not considered sufficient for the target workload.
