The Druck DPI 612 Flex Series provide pressure test and calibration functionality with pressure generation, signal measurement, and loop power. Interchangeable pressure modules provided with the Druck can be swapped and installed easily (screw fit) saving time and providing leak free connections. Modules are compatible with the DPI 620 multi-function calibrator/communicator series.
The DPI 612 can generate 0 to 20 bar (300 psi) in less than 30 seconds, and 100 bar without the need for gas bottles, eliminating unnecessary risk. With included automated calibration and maintenance procedure management software (Intercal and 4Sight) from GE, calibration time is minimised. The unit has a touch screen with an intuitive and user friendly interface.
