The Druck DPI 880 Multifunction Calibrator together with Intelligent Digital Output Sensor (IDOS) Modules provide high functionality in a lightweight (425 g) handheld device. The DPI 880 calibrator is capable of sourcing and reading mA, mV, V, ohms, frequency, and pulses. It can simulate and read 8 resistance temperature detectors and 12 thermocouples simultaneously. Pressure modules enable 25 mbar to 700 bar capability, with automatic switch and pressure leak testing.
The Druck DPI 880 has a 24 V loop power supply with a built-in HART loop resistor that can be switched in to the loop, alleviating the hassle involved with an additional 250 Ω resistor. The unit is robust and weatherproof, and BS EN61010:2001, Def Stan 66-31, and 8.4 Cat III certified. With a large backlit LCD display, results are easy to read in any weather conditions.
