The Megger MIT1525 is a 15 kV dc Insulation Resistance Tester (IRT) capable of resistance measurements up to 30 TΩ. The unit includes a number of testing options such as Polarisation Index (PI), Dielectric Absorption Ratio (DAR), Dielectric Discharge (DD), Stepped Voltage (SV), and ramp test.
The Megger MIT1525 has a CATIV 1000 V safety rating, dedicated voltmeter function (30 V to 660 V), rapid charge Li-ion battery and the ability to take measurements when connected to mains power. The unit’s advanced memory includes time/date stamping of results, and the noise filter rejects up to 6 mA noise.
